  This first episode of TIRAH’s IGTV Conversations is being led by our Creative Director Omonye Ifion on the topic of The British Media and Race. We are proud to introduce our new project called   “ IGTV CONVERSATIONS ”   as part of our TIRAH Conversations initiative. This project will follow a conversation led by the team or someone we have invited in on a conversation that is important to them.  Our motto is   “ Conversation not debate ”   and we stand by that. In doing this we want to make sure that everyone who intends to join the conversation either through listening or participating are clued up on the facts and the point of discussion. The point of conversations is not to be right but rather to listen, to understand and to respond honestly and if along the way we say something insightful and change a mind, then that’s a job well done.
